Return & Exchange Policy – Quira

We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• Only size exchange or same value product is allowed once.

Not eligible if:

• Tags are missing or product is worn/washed.

• Bought during clearance or final sale.

Process:

1. Email us at Quira.online@gmail.com with your order ID within 7 days.

2. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

3. Refunds (if any) will be processed as store credit or to your original payment method.
